Do I need a PayPal account to buy?
You don't need to have a PayPal account to buy with us. But it's a good idea to have a PayPal account, it's secure and much faster to buy items online.

How long will it take to receive my necklace(s)?
Items are shipped one business day after payment is confirmed. We ship from Canada so depending on your location it can take from 3 days (within Canada) to 2 weeks (US west coast). To the rest of the world it can take longer. If you want to know exactly how long, send a message to info@paulavisconti.com and we will send you an estimate of the time it will take to receive your necklace(s).

I changed my mind and want to cancel an order. What should I do?
You can cancel your order for any reason. Send a message to info@paulavisconti.com and we will cancel it, provided it has not yet been shipped. If it has already been shipped you will need to wait for it to arrive and then return your necklace(s).

I received my necklace but it's not exactly what I wanted. Can I return it?
You can return any item you have purchased within 7 days of delivery. You can return it for a refund or for an exchange. Send a message to info@paulavisconti.com and we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging before we can refund or exchange it.

Why I cannot buy all your models online?
Our necklaces are not produced in large quantities and sometimes not all shapes are available for online sale. If you want a particular model that is not available in our online shop, send a message to info@paulavisconti.com and we will tell you if you can make a special order.

I want a necklace with a different cord color. What do I need to do?
If you want one of the necklaces in our online store but with a different cord color, write to us before you buy. Send a message to info@paulavisconti.com so we can see if the color is available.
